Edward
Dalley started Sonic Audio in 2000 as a way to combine his love for
both music and technology. An established musician, performer, engineer
and producer, Ed's professional music career has been going strong
for over 15 years, including playing bass with the popular New Jersey
based band China
White. Other noteworthy career highlights
include: private instruction under Gary
Van Scyoc (John Lennon's bass player in the early 70's), jamming
with Jazz greats Incognito, and working with the likes of Grammy nominated
engineer James
Gallagher (Stevie Wonder, Patti LaBelle) and world renowned trumpet
player Steve
Jankowski (Don Henley, Shakira, Chicago). Ed
has also performed and recorded with numerous other acts, contributing
his talents on Guitar, Drums, and Vocals. Soon after attaining his
computer science degree in 1999, Ed realized the emergence of information
technology that had taken place and decided to combine the two elements,
music and computers. Sonic Audio was born. He now spends much of his
time playing bass for the popular Phoenix, AZ area based cover band,
Angry
Jon.
